About
Curtis and Ashley have been building a home on a piece of property in Greenville, TX, for the last five years. In the past year, they have been drawn to learning to utilize the land for more than its beauty and have decided to launch complementary businesses: a homeschool garden coop and a produce market farm.
The Hoffman Acres homeschool garden co-op is facilitated by Ashley, a certified teacher with 12 years of classroom experience, 1 year as an Educational Diagnostician, and 2 years as a Campus Administrator. There are 3 teachers to keep the class sizes small and age-appropriate. Alyssa and Ashley work together on academics, bible, and garden. Angelica teaches Spanish. Hoffman Acres is a hybrid homeschool garden coop 1 or 2 days per week.
The Hoffman Acres Produce Market Farm is a 2024 launch idea. In the past few years, we have grown passionate about clean food and growing our own. We recognize that this could be valuable for our community as well and are looking to provide local, pesticide-free food for our community.
